We are passionate about empowering women to lead and succeed in the beauty industry. With the world increasingly recognizing the value of placing women in leadership roles, our mission is to support makeup artists and beauty professionals in transforming their careers into multi million-dollar businesses.
Our Journey began in 2021 with a groundbreaking trade mission to Lagos, Nigeria in collaboration with the department for international trade. Led by our founder, Eryca Freemantle, a Global Beauty Strategist with 40 years of industry experience, we launched the first-ever global makeup awards in Africa, hosted in Nigeria.
E.A.T.O.W brings together professionals from UK, USA, Asia, and Africa to create meaningful connections, elevate careers, and open doors to new business opportunities. Our platform is designed for women who aspire to enhance their careers, build successful brands and fulfill their purpose in the dynamic beauty industry. We also welcome changemakers of all genders who share our vision for a more inclusive World.
