These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all participation in the E.A.T.O.W. GLOBAL Beauty Awards (hereinafter referred to as “The Event”), which is organised and managed by Embracing All Tone of Women Ltd (abbreviated as E.A.T.O.W.). Please read these Terms carefully. By purchasing a ticket, submitting a nomination, becoming a sponsor, or attending The Event, you agree to be bound by the following:
1. About E.A.T.O.W.
E.A.T.O.W. stands for Embracing All Tone of Women Ltd, the official and registered company behind all initiatives, including the E.A.T.O.W. GLOBAL Beauty Awards. Please note: “E.A.T.O.W. Global” is used for marketing and branding purposes only. All financial, contractual, and legal transactions are processed through Embracing All Tone of Women Ltd. All funds received from The Event will be deposited into the company’s designated and authorised bank accounts.
2. Ticketing & Attendance
All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable unless agreed in writing by the organisers. This includes tickets for the Awards Ceremony, VIP Dinner, and any associated programming.
In the event of postponement or format change due to unforeseen circumstances, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event or revised format (in-person, hybrid, or virtual).
E.A.T.O.W. reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals for inappropriate conduct or violation of these Terms.
3. Award Categories & Nominations
Categories may evolve year to year to reflect current industry trends, demands, and priorities.
All nominations must be truthful and submitted by the published deadline.
E.A.T.O.W. reserves the right to amend, combine, or remove categories at its discretion.
Finalists and winners are determined through a combination of public voting and a vetted panel of judges. The judging process is confidential, and all decisions are final.
Any attempt to manipulate voting, falsify information, or misrepresent eligibility may result in disqualification without refund.
4. Sponsorships & Partnerships
Sponsorship packages are non-refundable once confirmed, regardless of any changes to the event schedule, location, or speakers.
Sponsors must adhere to agreed deliverables and timelines, including the submission of branding assets.
E.A.T.O.W. maintains the right to decline or withdraw sponsorships if a partner’s conduct or messaging conflicts with the organisation’s values.
5. Brand Use & Media Consent
By participating in the event, you grant permission for Embracing All Tone of Women Ltd to use your name, brand, image, or submitted content in promotional and media materials.
Photography, videography, and live broadcasting may take place during the event. Attendees consent to being recorded and understand this content may be used for promotional, archival, or educational purposes.
6. Conduct & Representation
E.A.T.O.W. is rooted in respect, inclusion, professionalism, and empowerment. We expect all participants to reflect these values.
Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal and exclusion from future E.A.T.O.W. events.
The awards programme specifically supports talent that caters to and reflects the beauty needs of all tones, with a strong focus on representation for darker skin tones.
7. Intellectual Property
All event content, branding, and creative assets are the sole intellectual property of Embracing All Tone of Women Ltd and may not be reproduced without express written consent.
Participants must ensure they have rights or permissions for any images, music, or content they provide.
8. Force Majeure & Liability
Embracing All Tone of Women Ltd shall not be held liable for any failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, or venue cancellations.
No compensation or refunds will be offered in such instances.
Attendees accept full responsibility for their personal belongings, safety, and conduct during the event.
9. Data & Privacy
All personal information provided will be processed in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
By registering or submitting your details, you agree to receive communications from E.A.T.O.W. regarding the event and related initiatives. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Will there be media coverage?
