The E.A.T.O.W. GLOBAL Beauty Awards is not just a ceremony it is a conscious celebration of creativity, representation, and impact across the global beauty and creative industries. Since its launch in 2023 as part of our Makeup Awards, the platform has garnered significant attention for spotlighting underrepresentead talent and championing beauty in all its forms. However, shortly after our inaugural awards, we made the intentional decision to pause. This decision came from our founder’s deeply personal concerns about the lack of transparency, true inclusion, and authenticity within parts of the beauty industry. Rather than continuing without purpose, we chose to reflect, realign, and return stronger with even greater clarity, integrity, and global reach.

Now, the E.A.T.O.W. GLOBAL Beauty Awards is back with a renewed mission: To celebrate true excellence in beauty across all tones, cultures, and continents with a firm emphasis on darker skin tones, inclusion, and talent that serves all. This is an African-led initiative with a global heart. We proudly welcome allies, advocates, and changemakers who align with our values. We believe talent is talent regardless of background and should be recognised when it uplifts, educates, and represents with integrity.
